You may change your own password as follow:

  1. Click on the Welcome note at the top of the page
  2. Choose the change password
  3. Enter your new password and press change button

 

Or if you are the admin and you want to change the details of your operator’s details, you may do it as follows:

  1. Click on COG icon at the top-right of your screen (it will redirect you to your settings).
  2. Click on the USER MANAGEMENT at the top-right side of the page.
  3. Then you may choose USERS fro the left sidebar menu.
  4. Click on the PEN icon in front of the desired user and edit the details.
Make sure you use your admin access.

In case you forgot your credentials, you need to send an email to support@bookingee.com and ask the support team to resend the full login details to you.
Kindly note: Bookingee will send the log-in detail to the authorized email, The email which agency had been registered with.
