Many parameters can cause the reservation bounce into the pending status, such as delay in booking process, On-request Booking, Hotel sold-out, Internet connection, Changing class, Updating rate, offline channel, …
Our sales team observes all reservations and try to confirm your booking in shortest time, hence the client should be waiting till Bookingee finalize the booking.
You will be informed if the reservation has a revised price before any further action, otherwise reservation will be updated with our any notice.
Important Note: Do not retake a new booking when you got a reservation with pending status. You may charge twice for duplicate booking.
